My Great Grandfather from Italy had 55 Cane Corso on his Farm. He used them mainly for work. Cattle droving and protecting his sheep and goats from any predators (Mainly Wolfs). I wasn't born yet but still from this day my family talks about them all the time on how they are excellent in working and protecting their property and their human family, yet so loving and sweet. I have the photos on my Great Grandfather and his dogs. I have 3, all males. I myself and i would never have another breed of dog. Excellent with young children and friendly with dogs too. Sometimes they forget that they aren't a puppy anymore and will try and jump in your lap. They are not aggressive but if they feel there is a threat well......watch out!!! But if you are considering in getting one make sure you get it socialized with people and animals and training them at a early age as they get really big quite quickly. So when you do get your Corso enjoy every minute of it, Because it's worth it.
